RUSSIAN VISA
All tourists require a Russian visa. The cost of a Russian visa obtained in the USA is included with the Tour Price. If the Russian visa is obtained outside the USA, traveler will pay the cost difference.
Russia Ballet Travel will assist you with filling out
the visa application and obtaining your visa. A valid passport, visa application, and two 2x2 passport-type photos must be submitted to Russia Ballet Travel at least 30 days prior to departure in order to obtain your visa. Your passport must be valid for a full 6 months or more from your departure date.

$5,950 for 10 days (including travel days).
Includes: airline tickets (JFK, NY to St. Petersburg, Russia and Moscow, Russia to JFK, NY), Russian Visa, transportation in Russia (including train St. Petersburg to Moscow), 4-star hotel accommodations (including breakfast), museum tickets, guide services, master ballet classes, five different performances (ballet, opera, circus, folklore or music depending on availability).
CULTURAL ARTS TOURS
$5,700 for 10 days (including travel days).
Includes: airline tickets (JFK, NY to St. Petersburg, Russia and Moscow, Russia to JFK, NY), Russian Visa, transportation in Russia (including train St. Petersburg to Moscow), 4-star hotel accommodations (including breakfast), museum tickets, guide services, five different performances (ballet, opera, circus, folklore or music depending on availability).
SPECIAL DISCOUNT-PRICED STUDENT TOURS
$4,200 for 8 days (including travel days)
These are special discount-priced tours for students or travelers on a budget. The price is an amazing deal at $4,200!!! Included in this special discount tour price are: 6 full days in St Petersburg, Russian Visa, airline tickets, 3-star hotel with breakfast, transportation, guide services, tickets to four different ballet or folkloric performances, tickets to museums, master ballet classes.
TOURS YOUR WAY
Let us create a custom tour suited to your specific needs and desires. More time at different museums, sightseeing outside the cities, exploring the night life, a side trip to Novgorod, even a River Cruise between Moscow and St. Petersburg! If you want it, we can make it happen.
PAYMENT
A deposit of $2,000.00 is required when booking your trip. An additional $2,000.00 is required 70 days prior to departure. The balance is due 40 days prior to departure. Checks, cash and money orders are accepted.
Families of 3 and more are eligible for a 7% discount.
NOTE: Please, be advised that the airline prices fluctuate. At the moment of the air ticket purchase, if the price is higher than $1,000, the traveler will be responsible for the difference. Russia Ballet Travel will have a receipt for the travelers. There are a travel insurances that cover some nonrefundable costs. We strongly advise all our travelers to obtain such insurance. In order to offer this special discount price, Russia Ballet Travel cannot be responsible for any loses.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer the following trip cancellation policy.
1. Notice of trip cancellations received 60 days prior to departure are subject to forfeiture of 50% of the total tour package price.
2. Notice of trip cancellations received 45 days prior to departure are subject to forfeiture of 65% of the total tour package price.
3. Notice of trip cancellations received within 30 days of departure are subject to the forfeiture of a 100% of the total tour package price.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is advisable to purchase travel insurance to provide coverage for unexpected travel cancellations, medical emergencies and baggage loss. Obtaining travel insurance is your responsibility and strongly recommended. There are 3 different companies you can pick from: American Express, Allianz, Travel Guard.
